The chicken salads I’ve tasted are typically mixed with macaroni or potato. On my last trip to Chicago, I tasted this scrumptious chicken salad mixed with grapes. It was very easy to make so I tried it out back home and my family and friends liked it. I also made another version by adding diced apples.
